Therapeutic work

Direct work at the layer of the pattern. Reframing, replacing, releasing — depending on what the pattern requires.

Phase 04

Integration & close

You're brought back to full awareness. We discuss what came up, set a simple practice for the week, and decide the focus of the next session.
